Why Wouldn't any want to help children?... conservatives have no explanation

The democratic party now in-control of the majority of  the White house and congress, push to pass a 3 billion dollar bill to provide heath care for almost 4 million children of low income.

Bush vigorously opposed the move, twice vetoing SCHIP legislation despite substantial GOP support for the bills

The republicans have also denied a provisions that would allow states to provide insurance to the children of legal immigrants who have been in the country for less than five year

With the new Democrat hold on the house they will continue to push the "run heath care" agenda and begin to change the subsidized issuance for low income children in need
